Our Group Commercial Manager personally handles every quote, providing customers with a detailed breakdown of the discussed items along with technical drawings for each component. This is supplemented by product brochures and a checklist of our accreditations and guarantees. Quotes are typically sent out within a few days. The Commercial Manager also oversees the entire process, from specifying and surveying the order to managing it from quotation to completion. Therefore, ensuring that “what we quote is what we deliver.”
